list of monsters descovered today:
Werewolf, Shadow Dragon, Will-o-the-wisp, Manna Serpent, Lightning bug, Hallow Star, Lihzahrd, Cyborg Smasher

Werewolf
Gender ratio: 50% m - 50% f
common habitats: Woodlands, human cities
Average food: livestock (sheep, pigs, ex), rabbits, fish (seems to prefer bass)
danger to humans: {normal form} 3, {werewolf form} 9, in werewolf form, {full/blood moon} 22
size: 6 feet (human sized)
Highly intelligent creatures capable of perfect english, they ave two forms. one that looks almost completely human other then a small tail, claws, pointed ears and tiny fangs. when its nighttime, weaker werewolfs will turn into a full werewolf, that looks just as normal stories show them as. they act wild and cruel when like this, each form as there own personality. stronger werewolfs can control there form change, however on the full moon or a blood moon they are forced to turn into there feral forms and they go crazy, attacking everything they can see whether its alive or not. they also seem to have tremendous strength

Shadow Dragon
gender ratio: 85% m, 15% f
Common habitats: Corruption, Mountains
Average food: Harpys, Wolfs, humans
Danger to humans: 45
size: 40 feet {tall}, 135 {wingspan}
These Dragons seem to contain mass amounts of dark energy. they normally live in small groups, a pack of 4-6 males protecting a single female who, usually, is hatching and raising young. a single male goes out to hunt at a time, they eat mass amounts of meat and a single teenage male dragon would kill and eat a pack of 20 wolfs just for itself. these dragon's, despite having lots of dark energy, are easier to tame then most and as such, as long as you dont go near the female, are relatively calm and easy to tame in term of dragon's. these dragon's have a massive wing span and allow them to glide around in the sky effortlessly. they can bend there wings and gently fold them agenst there side when there not flying. despite there large wings they seem to prefer being on the ground

Will-o-the-wisp
gender ratio: genderless
Common habitats: Marsh, Human homes, Abandoned buildings, Hospitals
Average food: Souls
Danger to humans: 19
Size: 1 foot
These creatures that resemble a ball of fire are often regarded as pranksters, they like to trick people into going off there path into deadly swamps where they die so they can eat there soul. a smart person should not fall for such a trick as upon closer examination you'll realize what the light there emitting really is. despite this they almost never attack humans directly and as such are almost harmless and quite easy to tame if your smart.  if they don't have enough to eat then they will go to a human home or hospital and steal the soul of the dying, this is usually the easiest time to tame them. they are considered pests to hospitals as they would interfere with machinery and often ensure the death of those who are dying.

Manna serpent
Gender ratio: 30% m, 70% f
common habitats: Forest, Hallow, Rivers
Average food: Rats/Mice, Bats, Mushrooms
Danger to humans: 1
Size: 4 feet {tail}, 1.2 feet {wingspan}
A Hybrid of Naga's and Wyverns (a rare kind of dragon), there human made species somehow got into the wild and reproduced, there numbers grew till they had to be classified as an official species. they have long tails, normally that of yellow, white, or pink, a human upper torso, spiky white hair, white dragon like wings that despite there small size, allow them to fly. they usually use there flying in short periods to get to place to place and will tire out quickly if there forced to fly for extended periods. they have white sclaes on there arms. these creatures are extremely friendly and altho rare, is a fantastic allie if you can tame them, which usually isn't too hard. they are adapt at magic and can immobilize a foe and heal a friend, the healing and there habbit of eating mice makes them desired to be around house holds. they are social creatures and at times have been caught writing and reading. there is a expensive book published by one of these creatures, it has since been copied. but the original goes for millions. it contains lots of detail that confirms what has been thought to be myths. i will make notes of this book latter on.

Lightning bug
Gender ratio: 100% f
common habitats: Human homes, Forests, Jungle
Average food: Tree sap
Danger to humans: 4
size: 1 inch
These tiny critters are curious creatures that glow i teh dark, looking very much like fireflies, they are often mistaken for them and killed. these critters dance to attract mates and make up to 20 eggs at one time, all of wich fit in a 2 mm sack that they hang in a house. they can emit a electrical pulse from there tail and despite the fact they are not hostile to humans, if angered they will retaliate back, one alone isn't very dangerous and will at worse render a hand immobile for 15 minutes, however in a swarm they can permanently disable multiple limbs or straight up kill a person. tho this is uncommon as unless your a dumbass and make a swarm of 40 of them very mad then this shouldn't happen.

Hallow star
Gender ratio: 100 % f (?)
Common habitats: Hallow
Average food: Honey, Sunlight
Danger to humans: ???
size: 5 feet (size of young human), 4 feet {wing span}
Very little is known about these creatures, as they where creatures of myth before recently one has been discovered. These strange Monsters seem to be a mix of many races, a large unicorn horn, long hair with a mesh of pink, light blue, red, and yellow all faded into each other. two large white wings with light blue stripes on the ends of each feather and she has long ears with fires coming off the tips of her ears. slitted eyes and tow long paper thin tails. The only one encounters has been hatched from a strange egg and tamed, calming the one to hatch her to be her father. due to only one being found, its unknown if there are male variants. What has been observed is they love honey and nature, they emit a light blue aura that spread the Hallow wherever she goes. this turns the trees multi colored and fills the area with mana, causing strong magical monsters to visit the area. Altho not hostile to humans they are insanely powerful for there size, and the fact that it spreds a deadly biome makes its danger to man kind questionable.

Lihzahrd
Gender ratio: 65% m, 35% f
Common Habitats: Jungle, Human citys
Average food: Meat (preferably Lamb and bones), Beeswax, Fruits
Danger to humans: 32 (for civilized human city variants), 122 (wild)
Size: 8 feet males, 6 feet females
These lizard like people, with green scales all over there body and long tails, used to live in and guard a ancient temple in the jungle where they worshiped a huge scientist stone monster. after the place fell to ruins most left and managed to live in human city's, where they are relatively peaceful but you still must be careful as saying the wrong thing may piss them off and they are still very strong if agroed. However some do live out in the jungle still, around the temple. these ones retain there deadly predatory skills, moving blindly fast and attacking with powerful ninja like slashes from there claws and whips from there tails, there ability to use weapons and traps around the terrain along with there hostile and territorial behavior makes them a huge treat to adventures should you find one. luckly there rare in most places.

Cyborg Smasher
Gender ratio: 50% f, 50% m
Common Habitats: Caves
Average food: Tin, Iron, Titanium
Danger to humans: 40, 421 (if giant)
Size: 10 feet males, 4 feet females, 70 feet (rare cases)
These metallic monsters live in caves adn feast off the metals in there, scientists suspect this is how they got there metal Armour. they have stripes of metal going across there arms, legs, and neck. usually blood red eyes that can sence heat of people and the prescience of metals for them to eat. they are sentient, and have gigantic fists made of metal and crazy strength. the females although smaller often have a machine gun in place of one of there hands that fire glowing shots of metallic bullets that are so hot there at melting point, they burn threw the skin of those hit and melt, leaving serious damage. the males normally have long spiked bone like tails mainly used to keep there balance there fists are much larger, however dont underestimate there speed as you cant outrun them. they are easy to upset but usually dont fight without a need to do so, so staying away and minding your own will keep you safe most of the time. however there is rare cases of gigantic versions, these giants are battle hungry and always look for combat to test there skills, this plus there massive appetite has lead to a massive amount of towns and city's being wiped off the map in a single day just cus one of these things gets board.
some of the monsters in a RP i am doing with a few of my close friends, thought i'd do somewhat scientific study of these monsters to keep them cataloged so it dosent all rely on my memeory. i will do moor of these defently, tell em what you think.

note: if this goes well i'll take time now adn tehn to make a note exsplaining things like the biomes and what diffrnet danger ratings mean what, but for now, that is not the case.
